We use no artificial fertiliser, herbicide or insecticide whatsoever, and all of our livestock are regularly tested for worm infestation to avoid unnecessary treatments which can harm the invertebrates that maintain healthy soil. Our sheep are born, raised and live their lives in the open air. Our lamb is hugely popular and usually sells out well in advance.
